Possibly the best Chicken Tenders I've ever had. Came to love's for gas and saw Chester's and knew I had heard some great stuff about their food but never had the chance to try. I gave them a try, got the 4 piece Tenders with a biscuit and Fried Okra. Employee was an gentlemen probably in his 40's and was top notch on the customer service. Once I got my food I was throughly impressed with how tender the strips actually were. The perfect amount of crunch and tenderness. I will definitely be coming back again 10/10
So let’s just get this out of the way. Alright I couldn’t see my computer now I can write the review. It’s time to right some wrongs. This place was accused of selling rabbit in place of chicken. It’s true but it’s delicious. That is me in the picture and as you can see i had my fill. Yum time. There were several customers who didn’t move for several minutes. I sat down and enjoyed my meal ( a little raw, I hope this happens again. ) anyways upon walking to the counter i discovered everyone in the store was a mannequin, even the employee at the counter (picture I took is attached.) but yeah come here.
Went in today and the staff was really nice! I love the chicken and the wedges. Don’t remember the name of the guy working there today, but he was a friendly guy. Love the food! 10/10 3
It's a marvelous place with happy people, good food and last but not least the cuckoo lady! She's the manager of Chester's and is famously know as the chicken lady who squawks like a chicken to entertain her costumes. She is also known by all the other Love's gas station all across the country.

I've been to Chester's chicken all over this country for 24years. This one was the best. Omg the cleanliness and presentation was very appreciated. I thought the person on morning shift had o.c.d. all the chicken was separated n spaced out. Potatoes were stacked n lined up. And the way the young lady was cleaning the fryers I knew I would get my monies worth. Thank you it was delicious
Love the chicken. I have a stomach that doesn't like greasy food. It doesn't make me sick. The chicken has a yummy seasoning. The staff is polite and always willing to wait on you.
5 for store manager, who really listen my point on phone and promised to solve it . Very next day I visited again and everything was solved as promised. The issue was, getting cash advance through loves express card... almost all the staff was good beside one , the manager 's attitude forced me to give them 5 .
